Wallowa Valley Photo Club was created May 22, 1991 as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the state of Oregon and, since May 11, 1993, is registered as a 501 (c) (4) nonprofit with the United States Internal Revenue Service.
Proceeds from Photo Club Store sales are used in accord with the mission of the Club, which is to act as a coordinating, educational, and service organization to foster, promote, encourage, and increase the knowledge, appreciation, and practice of photography.
